View community in Baptist Housing, you’ll embrace a person-centred approach to care, contributing to comprehensive care planning and evaluating service delivery. Adhering to the highest standards of practice and ethics outlined by the BCCNM, your role will involve a diverse range of nursing interventions, from assessments to medication administration. You'll collaborate closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) for complex cases and consultations and, under the guidance of managers and RNs, implement wellness programs, fostering a positive environment for both teams and residents. You will also maintain meticulous resident charting and information using advanced systems like Point-Click Care and EMAR, ensuring accurate reporting of acute resident information to our RNs.
