Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and company underwriters. Portfolio Management: Service existing personal lines portfolio. New Business Quotes: Quote new business on a rotational basis. Sales Skills: Upsell and cross-sell within the portfolio. Policy Processing: Process policy changes on insurance company portals. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and accuracy. Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of SigXP & Applied Rating Services is an asset. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications: RIBO License: Mandatory. Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience. Client Interaction: Passion for interacting with clients. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.
