The successful candidate will provide services and have the willingness to travel while living in one of the following area: *Ottawa and the surrounding community* Rehab First is one of Ontario`s largest multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organizations,numbering approximately 120 professional staff that are supported by the Psychologists and Physicians on our MED_Net_® roster. *Qualifications: *
* You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and are currently registered or working towards registration as a new grad with COTO
* Have a valid CPR certificate
* Hold a Valid Driver’s Licence, auto insurance and have a reliable vehicle
* Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months *Key Responsibilities:*
* Complete general and specialized assessments such as those for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs
* Develop treatment plans with the client
* Provide client treatment in the clinic, their community, their home or workplace
* Work with clients that have a variety of injury or illness which may include physical, cognitive and/or mental health conditions
* Preparing and submitting case notes and reports
