An excellent opportunity is now available for an Outpatient Specialty Clinics Nurse Manager to join our growing healthcare organization in the Sacramento Valley.
The Clinical Nurse Manager Outpatient Specialty Services will report to the Regional Director of Outpatient Services. The Nurse Manager Outpatient Clinical Services will be responsible for managing and mentoring the clinical staff throughout the network of Specialty Clinics. Reporting to the Director of Ambulatory Services, the Clinical Nurse Manager is supported by numerous clinical supervisors as well as tenured team of nurses.
The Nurse Manager Specialty Care Clinics will be responsible for oversight and operational planning for multiple clinics, and will be responsible for the growth and development of these clinics.
The Manager will work closely with Clinical Managers to coordinate and oversee continuing education and in-service trainings and will review policies and procedures to ensure best practices in patient safety and performance improvement.
The Manager of Outpatient Clinics will be responsible for operational oversight, budgeting, quality control, patient experience, business development, and maintaining regulatory code. Individual Specialty Clinics will be directly run by a Supervisor, and will report to the Manager of Specialty Care Clinics.
