About the Role

Neulinx has partnered with an eco-friendly sustainability startup dedicated to accelerating the transition to net zero carbon. We’re seeking a Tech Lead to build innovative carbon accounting solutions that help businesses reduce emissions and lead in sustainability.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 engineers
Develop frontend features using React and TypeScript
Implement backend services and manage cloud infrastructure
Define architecture and enhance engineering practices

Skills

5+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
Expertise in React and TypeScript
Proficiency in at least one other language (e.g., Go, Python)
Experience in startup environments and adaptability to fast-paced settings
Strong commitment to sustainability
Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to work from the London office weekly
