Carrying out general accountancy & bookkeeping
Carrying out purchase and sales ledger
Processing timesheets/hours for payroll & allocating holidays
Use of Excel spreadsheets

We are looking for a Finance Assistant with the following skills and experience…

Some experience as an Accounts/Finance Administrator
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
High attention to detail, reliable and confident Administrator
Happy to pick up the phone and speak with people
Strong verbal and written communication skills
AAT Qualification/part qualification is a bonus as study support is provided
