This role is responsible for the company’s successful business growth and commercial operations in the European Insurance market: Strategic Direction, Growth, Executive client-related activities along with P&L responsibility. Highly self-driven person with entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently on creating a market Strategy and whatever it takes for a successful execution of the same

Responsibilities
- Lead business growth and commercial operations of our InsureMO (PaaS) business in the European market (including Sales, Presales, Alliances and Platform Operation)
- Deliver direction, development, management, and implementation of strategies designed to grow the business
- Create and execute territory business plan and overall sales strategy
- Establish, develop and maintain business to business, consultative relationships with the C Suite, key decision-makers and influencers
- Lead the teams to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers that drive strong adoption, expansion, retention, and referrals
- Enable enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation and business outcomes through IT transformation
- Provide direct management of functional managers, developing and effectively coaching high potential talent
- Drive high-performance standards and a cohesive culture throughout the regi on
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue growth targets
- 10+ years of proven experience in Cloud PaaS or SaaS business and experience in running regional platforms ; senior management and/or director level preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Established track record of coordinating and collaborating across multiple functions to close revenue
- Proven ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Demonstrated expertise teaching and coaching customer-facing teams
- Experience in Cloud, PaaS, SaaS, API, RPA a nd InsurT ech industry highly preferred.
