Job : General Manager / Estate Manager Location : Buckinghamshire
Salary : Up to £ 150,000 pa depending on experience
Permanent - 5 days on site
Our client a private estate based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a General Manager / Estate Manager to run the day to day operations in this multi use estate including buildings and grounds, events and hospitality areas for family and guests, and ensure 5* standards at all times.
Manage guest and family feedback, inquiries, and complaints with discretion and professionalism to enhance satisfaction.
Financial Management - Prepare and manage the annual budget, focusing on enhancing profitability
Monitor financial performance, optimising costs, and maximising revenue streams for Estate
Full Grounds Management:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in luxury boutique hotel and golf course management.
Excellent financial management skills and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
