Your Role
As a Software Sales Specialist , you’ll be instrumental in driving growth by leveraging our cutting-edge software and licencing solutions. This role focuses on creating impactful relationships with customers, helping them achieve success through innovative solutions across:
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Data & AI
- Modern Workplace
- Security
- Portfolio Lifecycle & ITAM
- Digital Automation + ITSM
The ideal individual would have a good knowledge of some (not all) of the following vendors: IBM, Red Hat, Veeam, Microsoft, Citrix, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Palo Alto, ServiceNow, Azul, Adobe, 4ME, and Veritas.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual gross margin targets through effective sales execution.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal branch teams.
- Qualify opportunities to focus on high-probability deals.
- Navigate competitive landscapes, showcasing differentiators that position us as a trusted partner.
- Identify repeatable customer challenges to influence product/service roadmaps.
- Collaborate with other business units to cross-sell solutions and grow overall revenue.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in selling Software Licencing and Software Asset Management solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, fostering partnerships, and delivering solutions that add value.
- Ambitious, action-oriented, and resilient with a positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to challenge conventional thinking and offer fresh perspectives.
- Experience working with Public or Private sector clients.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
