We are currently seeking driven 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Chelmsford. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage every aspect of the recruitment cycle. From sourcing and engaging candidates to developing strong client relationships, you will act as a pivotal point of contact for all recruitment needs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong portfolio of clients through networking, calls, and market research.
Client Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
Recruitment Delivery: Manage the entire recruitment process, including arranging interviews, handling feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful placements.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed personal and team performance targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Proven experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role or similar.
Strong track record in business development and achieving recruitment targets.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and CRM systems.
