Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by selling financial (lending) software solutions and services to new and existing customers within their assigned territory. This role requires a consultative approach to sales, aligning solutions with the unique needs of clients. By understanding customer challenges and opportunities, the Senior Sales Executive helps deliver tailored solutions that create value and foster long-term relationships
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic territory plan to meet sales quotas while maximizing revenue opportunities and minimizing travel-related expenses. The Senior Sales Executive will analyze the financial positions of prospects to craft effective sales strategies, understand market trends, and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to address challenges. This includes maintaining a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, and fostering strong relationships with industry professionals through networking and participation in relevant events.
Experience
The ideal candidate has 13+ years of successful experience in selling enterprise software within the lending space, SaaS, or retail banking solutions, with a proven track record of engaging with C-level executives. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills are essential. Experience managing sales pipelines, negotiating complex deals, and delivering value propositions that align with client needs is also critical for success in this role
