Sales Director - Refrigeration
A European leader of refrigeration products is looking for a Sales Director to grow the company.

Suitable for a Sales Director, National Sales Manager, Head of Sales or Country Manager from the refrigeration industry who possesses strong relationships with end users
Requirements :
- Experience of working within the refrigeration industry
- Formal qualifications in an HVAC, engineering or business-related field
- Long-standing, excellent relationships with commercial and industrial end users
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Based in the North of England
Package :
- Total package value £120,000
- Base salary in the region of £75,000
- 25% bonus based on revenue growth
- Shareholder after 6-month probation, worth approximately £25,000 based on current profit

- 6% non-contributory pension
