Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and invoices
Process sales orders accurately and ensure proper coordination with relevant departments (e.g.,Monitor order statuses, resolve discrepancies, and communicate timelines to sales representatives
Vehicle taxing, V62 Keeper change, nance settlements
Full, clean driving license
Strong communication, multitasking and creative skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office

Mon - Fri 8.This full time role is based at our vehicle showroom in Old Stratford, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. Please only apply if you are comfortable commuting daily to this location and have a clean driving licence.
The ideal candidate will have Sales Admin experience, ideally within the Automotive Industry. You will be willing to learn and contribute any ideas and also implement and develop best practice and work with the brand guidelines.
Reporting to the Sales Director and Sales Manager, this role is key to the continued development of the Urban showroom division. In addition to your technical ability, you’ll be comfortable working on your own or as part of a team and develop successful internal relationships to help enhance your job role.
