Join a leading global membership and advisory organisation specialising in the private wealth markets. My client is seeking an experienced Conference Producer to manage their high-profile European and Middle Eastern event portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute bespoke conferences, roundtables, and workshops for a niche audience in private wealth management.
- Conduct market research via interviews, meetings, and networking to craft innovative and relevant event agendas.
- Secure world-class speakers and manage all communications to ensure seamless participation.
- Build and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, including sponsors, speakers.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams, providing research insights, leads, and content to support event promotion and audience development.
- Create detailed reports highlighting event outcomes and identifying trends for future programming.
- Proofread and approve all event materials, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in conference production with a proven track record of delivering high-calibre events.
- Exceptional skills in content creation and forward planning.
- Confident and professional, with the ability to engage with audiences and global stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
