About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Development : Drive team performance, provide coaching, and oversee individual development plans. Foster a collaborative and growth-focused culture.
- Sales Strategy Implementation : Execute monthly sales strategies, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for market growth.
- Sales Excellence : Generate revenue while leading by example, demonstrating best practices in sales methodology.
- Collaboration Across Teams : Work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align on strategies, leverage market insights, and optimise lead generation.
- Competitor Awareness : Monitor industry trends to ensure the team stays ahead in a competitive market.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has 3+ years of delegate sales experience and a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
- Is a natural mentor and coach, passionate about team development.
- Is commercially astute, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Brings honesty, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
