This is a remote, part-time, contract role to start!
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help manage our growth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our marketing initiatives, projects and administrative tasks. You’ll report directly to host and Founder, Dan Christian, with an incredible opportunity to work on some exciting developments and projects and an invaluable learning opportunity.
Content Creation: Help craft keynote presentations and develop compelling content from blogs to surveys and social media for our global audience and key partners
Administrative Support: Ensure our client projects and content plans run smoothly by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating Dan's travel plans
Marketing & Sales Support: Lead specific marketing initiatives to grow reach & awareness as well as assist with client & partner outreach
Project Coordination: Podcast Operations: Help bring our podcast and related content to life! Support uploading new episodes, write and post content to the website
Event Operations: support our team with event-related activities (remote) as it may pertain to Travel Trends related events and Dan’s speaking engagements.
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, executive support, or a similar role—ready to put your strong people and communications skills to work!
~ Proficient in using technology, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office and basic website CMS tools
~ Keen to embrace social media platforms and have a grasp of using graphic design tools
~ Thrive in juggling multiple priorities while working independently in a remote setting.
