Business Development (BD) Coordinator – Research and Marketing – Fulltime - Hybrid

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking firm looking for a Research and BD Coordinator to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for research and analysis, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis :
Conduct and compile in-depth research on specific clients, competitors, or prospects using a variety of sources, including publicly available information, internal databases, and research tools. (Bloomberg/Capital IQ) - Support BD and Marketing Teams :
Assist with matter-related queries and research requests across internal marketing, client development, and business development workstreams and initiatives. - Strategic Projects :
Support the team with strategic projects, ad-hoc research, and provide research assistance for key pitches, proposals, and business development opportunities. - Report Production & Maintenance :
Generate and maintain standard reports on key marketing and BD metrics, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and Vimeo. - Marketing Analytics :
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and other internal and third-party resources to produce and maintain marketing analytics dashboards and reports. - Client Financial Reporting :
Provide backup support to team members on client financial reporting and contribute to related tasks when needed. - Ad-Hoc Queries :
Respond to ad-hoc research and analytics queries related to competitors, clients, or prospects, ensuring the timely delivery of insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in research, business development, or a related field (preferably within a professional services environment).
- Strong proficiency in using Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and social media platforms to generate insights and reports.
- Solid understanding of market research tools and techniques.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support various teams with research and analytics needs.
