My client is a specialist Groundwork Contractor who provide high quality groundwork services both to in-house projects and to private and public clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
To support the companies continued growth targets by preparation of civils and groundworks tenders for projects up to £20m in value, including:
· Undertake site visits and risk analysis
· Take-off and measurement using 2D & 3D software
· Obtain supplier & subcontractor quotations
· Prepare costed bill of quantities using estimating software
· Prepare tender adjudication and submission documents for review by the Managing Estimator
