My client is one of the UKs leading residential developers, we are assisting them with their search of a Senior Site Manager to join their team on there flagship multi phased development located within the Buckinghamshire region.
The project will involve not only the development of 5,000 + traditional build homes, it will also include significant infrastructure being built which will include new schools, roads, restaurants and retail space.
The role will involve overseeing both external and internal works, building the development from ground up.
Traditional build housing experience is a must, along with an up to date CSCS cards, SMSTS and First Aid.
If you have worked as a number one Site / Project Manager for a smaller contractor in the past within the housing sector, this will bode well for this project.
