About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor:
As the lead for this £ 22 million modular student accommodation project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the entire commercial cycle from initial enquires to procurement and placing of orders / running packages from ground works to piling / services and external and internal fit out packages on JCT from of contract .
Procuring of sub-contract packages
Cost reporting and conducting monthly CVR's to report to the Commercial DirectorKey Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role:
Be experienced in administering JCT forms of contract
