What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising students across Key Stage 3 and 4 in various subjects
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring students stay on task
- Gaining experience with different age groups and subjects, making each day unique
- Becoming a valued member of the school community, building relationships with staff and students
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduates looking for practical classroom experience
- Unqualified teachers or experienced LSAs seeking a new challenge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for working with young people
- Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
