The Role:

The Digital Information Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of their Divisions Information Management systems: Viewpoint for Projects, Field view, SharePoint, Operating Framework and Email Management.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinating the Information Management Systems to ensure smooth running on sites.
- Supporting the site teams on Information Management with regular site visits.
- QA Checking drawings/documents in line with GMI’s naming protocol on Viewpoint
- Monitoring the status of documentation through the workflows and chase outstanding information when necessary
- Ensuring that GMI staff / Clients / Consultants / Subcontractors are following GMI’s protocol when using Viewpoint for Projects i.e Marking up / Using the RFI tool etc.
- Ensuring compliance with Field view, SharePoint, Operating Framework and Email Management protocols.
- Training GMI Site Staff / Clients / Consultants / Subcontractors on the various sites in Information Management
- Auditing SharePoint / Field View and Viewpoint for Projects and producing detailed Project Reports for Divisional Management Meetings
- Advising site teams on the correct storage of all documentation on SharePoint in accordance with the company’s information management policy and guidelines.
- Coordinating Field View for the various sites, setting up Geometry, drawing calibrations, creating processes. Training will also be required for GMI Site Staff and Subcontractors on system use.
Who we are looking for:
- Willingness and ability to learn new technology and software packages.
- Good written and communication of English
- Advanced ability to use Microsoft packages i.e word, excel, outlook and teams.
- Full Driving Licence required.

What you need:
- Educated to o/GCSE level standard or equivalent including English and Maths.
- An understanding of ISO 19650 and ISO 27001
