Job Title: Asbestos Consultant

Salary/Benefits: £24k - £40k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting for a knowledgeable Asbestos Consultant, to join a leading name in the Asbestos industry, who have a national presence and a strong reputation. Contracted areas of work include: Sheffield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Matlock, Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby, Beeston, Burton upon Trent, Rotherham, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Barnsley, Pontefract, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds, Garforth, Castleford, Goole, Wetherby, Bradford, Keighley, Otley, Harrogate.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor & Asbestos Analyst for a UKAS Accredited outfit
- You will have the P402, P403 & P404 BOHS qualifications, or RSPH equivalents
- Will have experience working across a range of sites, including: Commercial, Residential, Local Authority and Public Sector sites
- Excellent written ability and proficient IT skills
- Professional and personable manner
The Role:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys across a range of Client sites
- 4 Stage Clearances
- Leak, Personal, Background and Re-Occupation air testing
- Discussing findings and projects in great detail with Clients
- Ensuring HSE and UKAS compliance within a team of site operatives
- Maintaining and building on working relationships with Clients
- Producing thorough and comprehensive written reports and accompanying schematic drawings
