A global IT consultancy is looking for a highly skilled Service Architect to join their team. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive service solutions that meet the evolving needs of their clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies, manage service architecture, and ensure seamless integration across business processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement end-to-end service solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead the development of service architectures for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Analyse and gather requirements, translating them into scalable service solutions.
- Develop detailed service models, process flows, and service designs to deliver efficient and effective services.
- Participate in client-facing presentations, workshops, and discussions to articulate service offerings and value propositions.
- Define and document service delivery frameworks, ensuring that operational models are robust and adaptable to change.
- Develop cost models, risk assessments, and business cases for proposed solutions.
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the proposed service architectures.
- Provide technical leadership in solution reviews and ensure designs meet client and regulatory standards.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Active SC Clearance is essential for this role
- Proven experience as a Service Architect, with a strong background in service design and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
- Ability to gather and analyse client requirements, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead solution development in pre-sales activities, including developing proposals and delivering client presentations.
- Experience with designing service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs)
- Previous experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
