Job Description:
For this role in the CoE you will be responsible for the SAP S/4 integrations required for the global Make to Deliver template. The role will design integration between S/4 and Royal Canin's MES application, and later with other Mars Petcare MES systems. It will also involve designing a range of other master-data and transactional integrations to S/4 such as Bills of Material, Production Plans, Production Goods Receipts and Actual Material Consumption. It requires a blend of functional and integration knowledge.
You will also manage any requirements to provide Make to Deliver data to analytic solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Experience as a business analyst, particularly in defining interfaces for Supply Chain functionalities within SAP ECC or S/4 (PP/MM) systems and integrating them with target systems such as MES and WMS.
- Sufficient integration experience to challenge proposed integration solutions proposed by specialist integration architects.
- Able to coordinate across multiple technical teams (source, middleware, destination) to undertake the development and testing phases of the integrations.
- Nice to have - Knowledge of the data and master-data for Supply Chain functions.
- Nice to have - Experience with Supply Chain operational reporting, ideally S/4 embedded analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work across our European Offices when required
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Define and specify transactional and master-data integrations to align with the Make to Deliver template. Bring a mix of interface design and manufacturing industry knowledge to ensure the greatest possible reusability.
- Collaborate with the owners of relevant source and destination systems, including Factory Engineering, R&D, master-data & analytics teams. Also, with the DT teams responsible for support and enhancement of applications that are not replaced by the transformation but will interface with SAP.
- Provide the system integrator and Mars DT integration team with interface specifications, ensuring the deliverables progress as expected and are scalable.
- Define interface test plans and ensure they are executed robustly.
- Support deployment teams implementing the template interfaces.
- Undertake other design work when required, under guidance from the solution architect.
