Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT User Support Technician at PCW Solutions in Abbots Langley. The IT User Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, printer support, and computer repair on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desktop Computers and Printer Support expertise
- Experience in Computer Repair
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
Salary
£39,000 - £43,000 dependant on experience
