Adepta Partners are looking for a talented Principal .NET Engineer to lead the development of robust, high-performance applications on the .NET Core platform for on behalf of one of our rapidly growing partners. This role will see you developing and architecting solutions that include secure and scalable APIs, seamless third-party integrations and internal messaging systems on the cloud.
Driving from a technical perspective you will work with well-established cross-functional teams to build business-critical applications with a focus on test-driven development practices to ensure reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable solutions using .NET Core, with a focus on REST APIs and messaging systems like Kafka.
- Lead and advocate for test-driven development (TDD) across the engineering team, promoting high-quality code.
- Architect and implement integrations with external 3rd party systems and services.
- Develop and optimize applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Guide and mentor other engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
- Utilize Cloud DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
Key Requirements:
- Either Principal level or a Senior ready to take that next step up in your career working across .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development.
- Strong skills in C#, SQL Server, and cloud technologies.
- Experience across both web and desktop would be highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to showcase a focus on good test coverage and quality of code.
