About the Company:
Peaple Talent has partnered with a rapidly growing tech company to recruit a 3rd Line Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a culture-focused, expanding business where you will be responsible for managing complex incidents, providing technical support, and maintaining client infrastructure. While there will be some involvement in projects, this role is primarily support-based. The successful candidate will need strong expertise in M365, Azure, Windows Server, and Cisco networks. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week on-site at their Bristol office.
The Role:
- Provide 3rd line support, manage complex incidents, and troubleshoot issues
- Act as an escalation point for the 2nd line team
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
The Candidate:
- Previous experience providing 3rd line support in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of M365, Azure, and Windows Server
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
The Package:
- Base salary: £36,000 - £50,000 per year
