Role Overview:
As the Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google PPC campaigns across the UK and Europe. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, increase traffic, and boost conversions through strategic paid advertising. You will collaborate closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to align these efforts with broader business objectives, contributing directly to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns across 6 European countries, focusing on both Branded and Non-Branded campaigns.
- Oversee Google Shopping Ads, ensuring product feeds are current and optimized to maximize conversions efficiently.
- Analyse performance data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets strategically to maximize ROI and sustain long-term growth in emerging markets.
- Collaborate with Web and Marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy and targeted messaging that resonates with the audience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market research to recommend actionable strategies.
- Work closely with the Web, Sales, and Amazon teams to ensure advertising strategies are aligned with overall sales objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one European language (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or Italian preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.
- Experience with digital marketing measurement and tagging tools such as GA/GA4, Adobe, or GTM.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including algorithms and attribution models.
- Experience with social media advertising (TikTok and Meta) is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data-driven decision making.
- A creative mindset with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
