The Job
We’re working with a leading MSP you will be responsible for but not limited to handling client interaction and taking full ownership of their tickets. This company is all about high quality and are looking for a sociable person who will interact with clients and maintain high quality relationships.
About you
You will have experience as a 1st Line Engineer who’s worked in sociable client offices. You will possess strong analytical skills as well as having experience in cloud technology. Be able to manage client expectations whilst showcasing your strong IT skills. A sound understanding of technologies such as Windows and Office365.
