Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee and deliver IT projects, primarily focused on Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage project teams, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Plan and execute projects within timelines and budgets.
- Lead and support project teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and gather requirements.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and address project risks and issues.
- Develop and implement contingency plans.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and clients.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and finances.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
- Communicate project goals and benefits clearly.
- Manage third-party vendors.
- Ensure projects are well-documented for future support.
Salesforce Expertise:
- Maintain data quality and accuracy in Salesforce.
- Collaborate on IT security measures.
- Manage Salesforce-related vendor relationships.
General IT Responsibilities:
- Follow and improve software delivery processes.
- Assist the broader IT team.
- Adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven IT project management experience.
- Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Salesforce or CRM platform experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
