1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - Wigan
An experienced Help Desk / First Line Support Engineer is sought for a client based in Wigan. As a Support Engineer you’ll have access to the opportunity to obtain professional certifications which will also see your base salary rise as well.
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will respond to email and phone support requests to maintain the effective operation of the clients IT systems to an agreed service level. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing reactive and proactive maintenance activities. Provide IT support to customers
Handle telephone calls and managing tickets via customer portal
Have experience working as a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer providing phone, email and deskside support – ideally in a high-volume environment
Windows Operating Systems – Win7 / Win10 / O365
Microsoft Application Support – Outlook / Word / Excel
