Location: Barnsley - S73 area
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (occasional overtime may be required)
Hourly Rate: £13.62

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Caretaker to manage the general upkeep and maintenance of our site in Barnsley. This role involves various site management duties, including litter picking, planned and reactive maintenance, and ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for all. The role requires occasional overtime to meet contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
General site management, including daily litter picking and maintaining clean grounds
Conducting planned and reactive building maintenance
Supporting the safety and smooth operation of the facilitySkills & Experience Required:
Essential:
Previous experience in a trade or similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively
Desirable:
Health & Safety experience, particularly in manual handling and working at height
