Salesforce Administrator / Technical Support Engineer
X4 Group are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator / Technical Support Engineer, based out of our London office, to help us continue our Salesforce CRM/ATS development journey, and support our global staff base. Location: Near Blackfriars, Temple tube, at 58 Victoria Embankment, London
Purpose of Role:
To support, administer and develop our Salesforce based CRM/ATS product and our wider tech stack through the creation of custom flows and third-party integrations, and provide onsite and remote first line support to our global staff base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration, support and development of our Salesforce based CRM/ATS system
- Creation of custom Flows and Workflows in Salesforce to enable automation of various recruitment processes
- Constant process improvements, working with senior stakeholders to optimise the CRM/ATS to drive productivity and efficiency enhancements
- Supporting the integration and administration of third-party systems including front and back-office software, VOIP platforms and various recruitment specific technology products
- Providing first line technical support to users both in London and our global offices with issues around the Microsoft Office 365 product suite, including administration of Active Directory and Group Policies
- Liaising with our third-party IT support provider to support projects such as server upgrades and SharePoint migrations
- Contributing to the X4 Intelligence Committee – focused on business technology improvements through automation, AI (Artificial Intelligence), operational efficiency and technical integrations to improve sales performance
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Salesforce in an administration or development capacity
- Experience working on recruitment CRM or ATS platforms, or similar sales-related CRM / ATS systems
- Experience providing technical support to an Office 365 environment, using ticketing systems and providing at-desk and remote support
