- Specialise in the following areas - Networking, Low Latency Networks, Cloud Solutions, Data Centre/Colocation, SD-WAN, Connectivity
- Offices Locations in London, New York, Paris, Dublin, Dubai, Hong Kong
The Role:
- “Senior Network Engineer”
- Sit within Operations Team
- 3rd Line Network Support: Troubleshooting, Fault Finding, Monitoring, Upgrades etc
- Customers direct point of contact
- Escalate complex issues outside your team
- Work with customers & suppliers on daily basis
- Investigate technical faults
Skills & Experiences Required:
- Service Provider Background
- Cisco, Juniper and/or Extreme (Brocade) Experience
- Routing & Switching - MPLS, BGP, OSPF
- MultiCast & Transmission (DWDM)
- Network Security - Fortinet/Palo Alto/Checkpoint
- Stakeholder Management
- 5-10 years experience working within a support/troubleshooting network

Remuneration:
- Up to £75,000 Basic Salary
