Areti have partnered exclusively with a progressive and innovative Fintech company seeking 5 talented Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Your primary focus will be on gathering and analyzing business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services. While prior financial services experience is not required, experience with APIs and data migration will be essential for this role.
- Role: Business Analyst (x5)
- Location - Fully Remote
- Salary range: 50k- 70k dependant on experience
- Benefits: up to a 25% Bonus/Healthcare/Amazing Pension/Training allowance
Experience required
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong technical background and development experience.
- Extensive knowledge of API integration concepts and experience working with APIs.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and techniques.
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Note: While prior financial services experience is not required, it will be advantageous. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong development background and technical business analysis experience, especially in relation to APIs and data migration.
