What You'll Do
Working as a member of a sophisticated product team you will play a key role in the development of a market leading Portfolio Management System used to provide pre-trade analytics for pricing and risk, as well as ongoing PnL management to hedge funds and asset managers engaging in institution crypto trading on a global basis. You key tasks will include:
- Clearly defining and prioritising the roadmap for key platform verticals to ensure initiatives are worked through, documented, and built with expert precision.
- Defining well-researched product specifications that are conscious of the intricacies and idiosyncrasies of the crypto universe.
- Providing in-depth market and competitor research to ensure best-in-class products and features that meet clients’ needs - and beyond.
- Undertaking daily client engagement to proactively identify themes and trends that can help solve client problems and fulfil their ambitions.
- Providing ongoing cross-company engagement to ensure secure, compliant solutions that meet institutional expectations are provided.
What You'll Need
- 1 year plus Product Management experience in a financial markets or institutionally traded crypto environment.
- Experience of Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), or another type of front office focused trading platform covering the full trade life cycle.
- Product knowledge in FX/FX Derivatives, other Derivative class or Cryptocurrencies.
- An understanding of developer workflows.
- A strong mathematical / quantitative educational background.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
