Intelligent Operations Cloud - Sr. Enterprise Architect – Global Partner Ecosystem
Summary:
The Intelligent Operations Partner Enterprise Architect is responsible for driving Practice engagement, formulating JSO's, Building accelerators and engaging with Partner Framework design win strategy and Platform based solution approach that supports HCLSoftware GTM strategy across Suite of HCL IO Solutions in partnership with key global systems integrators (GSI’s)by implementing a comprehensive Solution strategy.
The GSI Architect will work with HCL business partners to match customer’s requirements with the software and services solution, design solution architectures with both HCL and non HCL components, conduct product demonstrations, build Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and perform competitive analysis. The GSI Architect will work to build Joint solution Offerings and engage closely Center of Excellence and Practice teams.
The GSI Architect is a strategic role that takes a technical solution approach to identifying, progressing and closing both software and professional services opportunities in conjunction with HCL Software GSI architect. This position requires the ability to work independently and build relationships with key stakeholders in the partner community.
Functional scope
Define and strategize IO solutions that's a right fit for the Cloud, Observability, Automation, Network, DC and application services.
Experience -
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise management software and services, as a technical advisor, Architect or systems implementation leader.
- Prior experience with any of the following - Bigfix, MS SCOM, ServiceNow, BMC, Microfocus, Solarwinds, AppDynamics, Splunk, Moogsoft, Ansible Towers, BMC Control M, Brodcom Autosys, Service Now or similar solutions in the industry.
- A Bachelor’s university degree.
- Understanding of Observability, Event Coorelation, ITSM, Automation RBA,DevOps and Workload Automation software and SaaS landscape
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and offerings from Azure, GCP and AW
Responsibilities:
- Work with GSI partners to assess customer requirements against HCL IO Solutions.
- To build joint solution offerings, engage closely with Center of Excellence ( COE) and Practice teams within assigned GSI’s.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs in combination with GSI partners.
- Prepare and present Software demos, architectural overviews, Proof Of Concepts (POCs) and tools Services/Implementation Methodology Overviews
- Participate and contribute to Go To Market strategy sessions with GSI partners
- Work with Senior Architects at GSI partners and Client accounts to design and “sell” the best approach to meeting the client’s business objectives with HCL Software.
- Travel onsite to GSI and Client locations to perform work and build relationships.
- Have, or develop, industry expertise with deep understanding of the domain of specific industries and application of HCL Software to those industries.
