Executive Communications Manager – London (Hybrid)
Circa £700 pd inside ir35 – 12 months+
My client, a FTSE 100 company, is embarking on a significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA.
They are on the hunt for a Executive Communications Manager (ECM) to be responsible for stakeholder management, engagement & monitoring activities, with a focus on communications to and from Executive & Leadership groups.
Overcoming challenges will be achieved through in person one on one & virtual connections, participation in Exec forums as well as scheduling, planning & creating innovative and engaging C-suite materials that drive understanding and active sponsorship of the programme across all regions and functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous FMCG / CPG industy experience is a MUST
- Previous SAP, ideally S4 Hana
- Influencing senior leaders to support & drive change across their people
- Managing communications activities and creating content that successfully supports people through change for complex transformational projects, ideally ERP / IT-enabled.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to leverage formal & informal communication channels and ability to innovate to generate excitement and engagement.
- Track record of working with or managing third-party providers to collaborate and achieve project goals as one team.
- Experience in stakeholder event planning & delivery.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to deliver high-quality communications in compressed timelines.
- Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer/Viva Engage, Teams, Synthesia, Canva, Poppulo etc.)
