A world-renowned Food and Beverage Manufacturer now seeks an experienced Director of IT Operations to shape the future of its global IT landscape. This is a unique opportunity to set strategic direction, drive operational excellence and lead a corporate-wide, global portfolio of IT services and solutions at a well-established household brand.
As Director of IT Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision for a “best in class” global IT operations framework. You will oversee the comprehensive management of the company’s SAP ecosystem and IT Services across multiple business units and manufacturing sites, ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business goals.

The ideal Director of IT Operations will have:
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles developing and implementing IT operations strategies
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with globally dispersed sites.
- Expertise in leading SAP transformation projects (S/4HANA), including configuration and integration.
- Strong background in SAP/business application support within manufacturing, leveraging best practices.
- Leadership of IT teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and ensuring system availability, scalability, and security.
- Expertise in service management and delivery, including working with outsourced IT providers.
- Strong focus on driving continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Skilled in vendor and supplier management.
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Effective resource management and allocation.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
