Responsibilities:
- Deliver application managed services and project work for Oracle E-Business Suite products.
- Travel to client sites (UK-wide) and participate in internal meetings.
- Provide technical and functional support for Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address their needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing data structures.
- Expertise in Oracle development tools (PL/SQL, APIs, Alerts, Workflow, BI Publisher).
- Excellent customer-facing consultancy skills, including strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain business processes and accounting principles.
- Previous experience working in a support environment and understanding of ITIL best practices (training provided if needed).
- Functional capability in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, with knowledge of Purchasing and Order Management.
- Understanding of complementary Financials modules.
